You failed me!! I ordered a gift, it was almost $3k diamond earrings!!!
No one has apologised to me for the delay, no one has answered properly! Yesterday I got the mail that my order was delivered to the post office, and today when I arrived, I found out that my order was sent back!!! With no notification! No apology! NOTHING! I sent multiple emails to your team, I got response just three days after!!!! I would never order anything from you again!

Order number VT9SJR was received back on Monday midday. How long until it's acknowledged and refunded? Not even an email to say return received - only find out it's been delivered back to you after having to track it myself.

Disappointing customer service, to put it nicely. I'm waiting for a preorder item to be shipped, ordered beginning of June and originally given a shipping date of July 1st, then delayed to July 15th, then again delayed to July 19th - today is the 19th and my order status hasn't budged from "reviewing". Had contacted customer services over the weekend and received a generic response basically confirming my suspicions that they don't know what's going on, contacted again today and I doubt I'll get any real kind of answer. This isn't good enough, I've paid £245 for a hoodie that I'm not sure I'll ever receive. This was my first time ordering from Farfetch and will be my last, it's too much of a risk.

The delivery from USA to EU was fast and effortless. No customs questions etc. I just received my coat in 3 days and could enjoy it.
